Abu Dhabi – 17 February 2021 - Finance House Securities (FHS) received a 100% Performance Excellence Rating by Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) for an overall astounding performance in Q4 2020.

Dubai Service Excellence Scheme conducted a mystery shopping exercise on Finance House Securities’ service center and contact center. When compared to the previous quarter’s rating, FHS’ performance rating increased by 4 points from 96% to reach a full 100%.
